About Grace

Grace Chiundiza, Registered Music Therapist

Grace holds a Post Graduate Degree in Music Therapy, Bachelor of Creative Arts (Music), Diploma of Business Management, Diploma in Christian Education, Certificate III in Education. Grace has also completed units in Counseling Skills, Counseling in Loss, Conflict Management and Developmental Psychology.

Grace is trained to work with adults living with mental illness, Alzheimer’s disease and other aging related conditions, adults and children with developmental, physical and learning disabilities. Grace is experienced in consulting in aged care facilities, special needs organisations, to provide individual and group programs, incorporating therapeutic assessments, creative arts, assisting participants to sing and/or play a musical instrument.

Also provides training for service providers to deliver meaningful activities; and for carers to engage with people they care for in meaningful activities at home.
